They already had new log book sorted for me to my address and i had personalised number plates which they had made up for me when i picked the car up, would highly recommend

I'm from Southern Ireland and I bought a car from Conal before Christmas. Dealing with the VRT took a bit of time, but Conal did everything he could and was always ready to deal with whatever needed to be done. The car was immaculate inside and out, and we are so happy with the car. Customer service and after service was brilliant, and I would recommend them as very trustworthy.

Initially, I had my reservations about using Empire Autos as the business is relatively new & I was worried I may not get the 'dealership experience'.

How wrong I was....the guys were the ultimate professionals from initial contact right though to after sales care. They were responsive, competitively priced & more importantly, true to their word in terms of resolving any issues. I had a small, undetectable issue with the car & the guys went above & beyond to ensure this was resolved at no extra cost.

Added bonus was the interior & exterior presentation of the car on pickup.
